All electrical appliances that plug in to a 240v power outlet must be tested and tagged by law. The testing process involves a visual inspection checking for any nicks or cuts in the cables insulation or any fraying in the cable, followed by a series of tests using one of our PAT testing machines. Upon a successful test the appliance is then tagged by our trained and qualified technicians to ensure legal compliance and that the appliance poses no danger of electrocution or fire hazard.

We must power down and unplug all appliances to be tested, however it is a fast process and the appliance will be ready for use again within minutes.
